Have You Ever Wondered...
• Why do some people hop out of bed early and go work out
at the gym every day throughout their lives while others struggle to keep
their New Year’s Resolutions through the end of February?
• How can some people seem to consistently create quality in the marketplace
while others struggle with their businesses?
• How can a few people manage to pay for everything they need and
still end up with a solid retirement investment account and others can’t
make ends meet no matter how much they earn?
• Why do some people LIKE to eat raw broccoli while others choke it
down dreaming of ice cream?
Are some people just genetically superior than others? Is there a
“will-power gene” that you were born without that leaves you at a competitive
disadvantage? Here’s the truth...
The Truth Is...
All human beings (even YOU!) are born with a very strong will-power
that, for many lays dormant. There is a way to learn the proven psychological
keys to unlocking your own, natural drive and passion. Whether you want
to eat healthier, exercise more, reduce or eliminate bad habits, strengthen
relationships, generate more income, conquer fears, or master new skills,
the foundation is self-motivation.
And the key is about how your sub-conscious has been programmed. More
importantly it is about how you choose to reprogram your life for the
future. The study of behavior modification in human beings has been exhaustive,
but almost exclusively has been directed at three primary groups: 1) Psychological
professionals who want to learn to help modify the behaviors of their
clients and patients, 2) marketers and advertisers who want to modify
the behavior of their prospects, customers, and clients, and 3) teachers
and parents who want to modify the behavior of the children in their charge.
Behave Your SELF!
Hey, here’s an idea for all three of those groups: Stop spending so
much time trying to get someone ELSE to change and start changing your
OWN behavior!
To help facilitate that goal I’ve spent 3 years actively researching,
interviewing, cataloging, organizing, and personally testing various methodologies
of behavior modification as they apply to the individual seeking self-improvement.
I began my career in behavioral science as an educator. Then I began applying
the techniques to the world of marketing and advertising with unprecedented
success. But now I’ve assembled what is quite probably the most significant
work of my life up to this point.
This is not a program on goal setting, though you will be learning
tools that will enable you to properly assess and quickly attain any personal
or financial goals you may have. This is not a program on time management,
though you will definitely come out with a mastery of your time as you develop
systems to keep you on-task more intensely and more productively so that
you finish projects sooner with less effort. You will thus be able to accomplish
more tasks and still end up with greater free time.
This is not a program on weight loss, money management, physical fitness,
or relationships. Though, if you read and apply the knowledge here in these
areas you can’t help but be successful in your pursuits.
It is also important to note that this is not an academic philosophy.
It is real-world behavior modification techniques that are used every
day in classrooms, advertising campaigns, weight loss systems, and counseling
sessions across America and around the world. These ideas will be presented
in tangible, applicable ways so that you can immediately take the information
and use it in your own individual pursuits and objectives. And because
it is about modifying your behavior you can use it in any legitimate way
you want. No matter what your goals are, you can program your brain to
make easy work of it so that you accomplish far more in much less time.
It is a program about taking control of your life. It is a program
about mastering your own destiny.
What’s the Deal?
In order to create this system, I had to research and pore over more
than 200 trade journal articles, 20+ behavorial psychology text books,
almost 100 hours of audio recordings of lectures and 4 spiral bound notebooks
of my of my own notes filled with the skeleton of this system. I’ve organized
an outline of the material that is more than 5,000 words–just the outline.
The Foundational System includes ten CDs covering an understanding of
human behavior that has never before been put forward in such a complete,
yet easy to apply way. You'll learn more about success and failure than
you ever imagined. You'll be amazed at how things you once thought were
important are actually irrelevant to your success and things you used to
feel would help your to grow are actually holding you back.
More importantly, you'll learn exactly how to systematically begin reprogramming
your own brain for incredible success. You'll learn:
- How to double your productivity (this is NOT about time-management!)
- Why the standard understanding of human behavior is incomplete
- How to avoid burn-out while getting more done each day
- How a jump start in the learning process can give you a
HUGE competitive advantage
- Why learning ABOUT something before actually learning it
will increase the speed at which you master the skill but will also more
than double your chance of success
- Why goal setting doesn't work for so many people and the
simple steps you can take to make goal SETTING the same as goal GETTING
- Learn the difference between self-esteem, self-confidence,
self-image, and self-discipline. When you understand the difference between
these things your productivity will EXPLODE as you literally are able to
reprogram your brain to become anyone you want and accomplish almost anything
you can imagine.

Who is this Guy?!
My name is Julian Franklin and I am a behavioral scientist, though
I don’t really brag much about that. To most people I’m a performer. That’s
how most of my money comes in. But I have several things that I do on a
regular basis, which is how the Explosive Productivity system was first spawned.
People asked me, “How do you do all that you do without getting burned out?”.
For those unfamiliar with me, let me explain why people would ask
me this question. Please forgive me if it seems boastful or self-serving.
It is of course, both boastful AND self-serving...
• I write a monthly column about how behavior management
affects marketing efforts for an international trade journal, and have
every month since 2002.
• I write a regular column in another trade journal for performing
artists about how behavior management can be used to affect the experience
of an audience. I've written that column since 2005
• I write and maintain two blogs (KidShowBusiness.blogspot.com
and JulianFranklin.blogspot.com)
• I write occasional articles for other magazines (20+ articles in
the past ten years)
• I write at least one new book each year
• I write an e-newsletter that goes out twice a month to almost 1,000
subscribers
• I perform 500+ paid engagements each year
• I have created such an effective business model that I have had
to hire other performers to work for me to cover the overflow that I can’t
handle. This involves training employees to do exactly what my customers
have come to expect from me, creating systems for teaching the various
shows to my employees, systems for training them about how to handle themselves,
organizing payroll, scheduling multiple bookings, dealing with employee
meetings, etc.
• I run the business side of my performing business which involves
writing sales copy for postcards, sales letters, brochures, and catalogs,
as well as organizing the printing and distribution of these materials
as well as all the bookkeeping, accounting, and strategic planning that
goes into a well-run business enterprise.
• I run a business where I create information products (like this
one) and sell them on-line at www.JulianSpeaks.com.
I have to deal with product development, product fulfilment, billing and
product distribution through wholesalers and JV partners as well as all
the bookkeeping, accounting, and strategic planning.
• I run a workshop each January where I teach people from all over
the world exactly how I run my performance business. This workshop is a
NIGHTMARE of planning, printing, organizing, selling, billing, collecting,
and then literally YEARS of follow up. I won’t be doing this one any more
after this Blow Out Super-Workshop
coming January in 2009.
• I train in Jiu-Jitsu 2-3 nights per week, I run or walk (depending
on if the wife and daughter come with me) three miles two times per week,
I lift weights or do resistance training four times per week, though even
I occasionally slip and fail to meet my goal for the week, but I usually
make it up the following week.
• I lecture at various conferences across the country a few times
each year.
• I own four commercial real estate units and I lease out and manage
all the related marketing and management of this business.
• I read at least 50 books each year and read more than 25 magazines,
periodicals, and trade journals every month.
• I am the Executive Advertising Manager at an International Trade
Journal
• I deal with all the same e-mail that you do, all the phone calls
that you do (maybe more), all the bills that have to be paid (probably more
due to commercial buildings and multiple business checking accounts), seven
times the number of tax returns most of you do each April due to several
corporate filings as well as a few LLPs.
• BUT...I vacation two weeks in December, a week during Spring Break,
a week during the state mandated testing for Texas (usually in late April),
a week at Thanksgiving and I take off the entire month of August, so don’t
bother lecturing me about “balance”. I schedule my daughter’s school events
in advance so that I don’t miss them. I’m there for all her birthdays,
school plays, teacher conferences, etc. and my wife and I get along quite
well because she works side-by-side with me in the business. We are on the
same team, in every sense of the term.
People kept asking me how I do it all without burning out. As a classic
underachiever in high school (I barely graduated in the bottom 15% of
my school class) I can tell you with confidence that it is NOT because
of some “self-discipline gene”. In fact, the very thing that makes a person
an UNDER-achiever is EXACTLY the same thing that makes others OVER-achievers,
and still others “perfectly balanced achievers”. It is all about the psychological
programming that happens in our brains and HOW we DECIDE to interpret that
programming. The secret is in understanding your natural human drives and
instincts and then learn how to use them to program your brain for total
success, for complete mastery of your life. Reprogram your brain for EXPLOSIVE
PRODUCTIVITY!
Embrace your nature.

It sounds pretty good, but I'm not sure this
is for me. I'd like to listen to your lecture on the topic first...Sort
of "try before I buy", if you know what I mean. So, for now, just send me
the CD of your 90 minute lecture on Reprogramming Your Brain.
